door panel removal?

I just bought this 02 F250 a couple of weeks ago so I don't know much about it. I need to replace the drivers side mirror. I see the bolts to get the mirror off but I think I need to remove the inside door panel to get at the wiring harness. I don't see any screws to hold it on so I assume that it is a snap on type situation, correct? If not how do you get it off? Also, by snapping it off, do I need to have some new snaps standing by for reinstallation?

theres a 7 mm screw under the red lense, then another 7mm under the buttom control panel, then the whole panel just slides straight up. 4 11mms holding the mirror on.
