Need help with part number

hi all, i am looking for some help finding a part number..... i managed to break the holding tab that secures the locking rod to the lock assembly inside the drivers door. this little "arm" is held to the back of the lock assembly with a small circlip, so i would assume it is replaceable, but im not sure if it is available as a seperate part or not. thanks in advance for any help you might have.

i think i need a site that has diagrams to find what i need. if you have ever looked at the inside of the door where the lock tumbler is, i need the arm that actually attaches to the rod that runs to the lock actuator. the rods just push into this arm real easily, but it is hard to get them out without breaking them.

Like this? Number 3, right? It's a lock rod, $4.25. Just search for "lock rod" on that site and it will show you this illustration.

no, its not the actual rod, but rather what the rod clips into at the top end. it is a little arm that is attached to the lock tumbler, and actually drives the lock rod when the key is turned.

it looks to be mostly plastic.... the specific part that broke is one of the little retaining "wings" that keeps the rod into the arm. im hoping that i can replace just the arm without having to buy a whole new lock cylinder.

Would you say it has a metal part that goes to lock cylinder and is held to it with a little C-clip? If it is here are the part numbers. YL3Z-1521970-AB for the right door, YL3Z-1521971-AB for the left door. List price is $4.56 each.

I actually work the Parts counter at Five Star Ford in North Richland Hills Texas. We also have a website (www.shopfordparts.com) that I manage. Unforunatly I have not seen a website that has better pictures than what you have seen. Our catalogs are not that much better LOL. I hope I have helped a little.
