Front end making noise while driving
I had the truck in 4wd and i was slipping on some ice. When i started to move my front tires grabbed some pavement, and ever since then the front end has been making a humming noise while driving. It sounds like there is something wrong with the hubs but I know nothing about them. the truck is an 86 f150 and it only has 50000 miles on it. Any information is appreciated.

Do you have auto hubs or manual hubs? Does the 4X4 still work? I would suggest getting a Haynes manual and taking a look at the hubs. They do a pretty good job of describing how they work and what to do. There really is nothing to them.
Taking a look at the hubs for damage doesn't cost much, driving with something broke could get expensive real quick.
