Remote oil filter?

I thought I saw this somewhere, but I could not find it just now. Can I put a remote oil filter set up on a 06 5.4 F-150? If so where can I buy it, and are they hard to install? ( I am tired of busting my knuckles everytime I change my oil.)

Try Summit Racing. They have a number of remote filter set ups listed.

I had a 97 F150 4WD with the 4.6 that had a factory remote oil filter set up the filter was under the front bumper real sweet!
