buzzing turn signal

buzzing turn signal

when i use my right turn singal i get a loud irritating buzzing noise in my 1999 f250 SD. Is this definitly a relay issue? or is there a possibility it could be the switch? I just want to be sure before I throw too much money at it.

Check your lights one may be out.
