Exclamation i need help!

my cheapy ebay headers broke. the welds on the passenger collector broke. now i need new headers. to top it off my flowmaster brand y-pipe also broke along a weld so i got pissed and ripped that off. now i have a gaping header and a retarded pipe making the loudest noises man could imagine. should i weld my paper thin header back together and redo the exhaust or should i get new headers and redo the exhaust. if u think i should get headers, where can i get some that wont destroy my already frail wallet.

how big is the crack? i would not want those hot exhaust flames in my engine bay!

i would put your stock manifolds on now, untill you can get good headers, hell save and get the banks headers with the y pipe built onto them!!!!

slight problem. i got rid of my stock manifolds but i did make a very stubborn and not thought out decision to just weld my broken header. its halfway done rite now and stronger than the BS manufacturers weld. i still need to redo my exhaust tho. i got tired of how loud and full of drone my exhaust was so im gonna tone it down. i figured a bigger muffler than my 3" in 3" out flow 40 and just dump it to reduce the megafone effect my 5" tip gives. you can forget cats for noise reduction too. never had em' never want em'.
