Hello all, new to the board. I have an 1980 F-150 (stepside) and three explorers in my Ford stable (oh and an 1981 f-150 parts truck) I have had my 150 for 16 years now and it has only been operational for about 3 of those. Love the truck as it was my first truck ever and will keep it until I die. I bought the parts truck to try and get Old Red up and running again.
I just looked up Porterville and had no idea it even exsisted even thought I drove through it last weekend. I am an East Canyon resort member and my wife and I went there for our anniversary. I thought everything around there was just suburbs of Morgan.
Really? What do you do up there? We had a good time once we got checked in. I told them I would be a late (11 pm) check in and they said they would have the keys in a lock box for me. Well opened the box and no keys, called the pager no answer, called Carroll and she came up and checked us in. After that went great.
Maintenance Engineer I fix things in side the condos, we started up there about 4 weeks ago. I like the job. Sorry about your keys next time stop by I have a set.
You sure you want me stopping by at 1 am We were thinking of going up in Feb for some more condo time, and if not we will be up in our trailer over the summer. Oh by the way name is Robert Broadhead.
My name is Mike, newbie of course to this thread, however, I am part of the Mazda/ Ford Probe owners site.
I just wanted to get info on a recent problem I am having with my Expy.
It is leaking gear oil between the right front half shaft and axle rod.
Anyone with ideas for wrenching myself, I got a couple of quotes from Champ. Ford and Tip Top Trans. both close to 3 bills. I didn't want to get to crazy in tearing it apart if it is a pain.
Hey Mike nice to meet you. I am horrible at these types of things espically with out being there or seeing pics. Also if you post your problem in the Expedition thread you will get a lot better response

Hey,
Thanks for your reply,
I did post it there, but then I found out what the problem was, decided that it was not something I wanted to wrench.
