Power door locks not working

I have a 2000 F-350 crew cab. The power door locks only work on the drivers door all of a sudden. I can see the others trying but they only move up or down a little bit, not enough to lock or unlock. Is there some kind of adjustment that goes out of whack or something?

Yep, that's the one I used 19 months ago and it still sounds as strong as new.
