Headers for EFI six

Headers for EFI six
I have a 92 f150 with 300 six and EFI. I have seen some conversation that makes me wonder if headers will make any significant difference in performance. I live in Colorado and need help getting up these hills. Has anyone put headers on a 92 f150? Was there any modification necessary to get them to fit and would you do it again? Thanks

Go to the website www.cliffordperformance.com and do a part look up based upon the model and year of your truck. Headers will be a good upgrade and give the engine more power across its rpm range. Putting headers on this engine is time consuming. Some think its a pain in the ##### but just take your time and you will see its not difficult just takes alot of time. I have already installed headers on my truck and will continue to do so. Headers are the oldest trick in the book of life for increasing engine power. You might have to do some modification to the bracket that holds the alternator and smog pump.
