I've never seen a stain on cloth that aerosol brake cleaner wouldn't remove. I know it sounds harsh, and you should probably first try it in a hidden spot to be sure the color doesn't run, but I've removed all sorts of grease spots, etc.

Go to a fabric store and get yourself some spot cleaner. It comes in aerosol cans. Spray it on and dab with a clean cloth. Then take your compressor and blow the area thoughally. It should blow the dirt through the cloth and clean up the dirt. If you can get a hold of some white gas it works really well on getting off the toughest of stains. Just always remember to use the compressed air. I use a product called zip clean from Mohawk. Not sure if they sell over the counter but it works the best. I use it all the time since I am in the upholstery manufacturing trade.
I've always had good luck removing the stains in my seats until last summer when my wife left a sharpie permanent marker laying on the passenger seat over a long weekend. Apparently heat makes those things explode. And when they say permanent marker they do know what they're talking about.
I took my captains chairs out (and then apart) when I put in heated seats. There was no wiring in place for power seats if the truck did not come with it. You will have to wire things up yourself.
