2000 4wd hubs ques???

I want to switch my hubs so they are locked in all the time dont want to buy new hubs just want to makes theses so they are locked in all the time. I saw on here where someone did this before they came out with maunal hubs. Would just like a step by step way of doin this. My frontend will not lock in. This seem like this would be the cheap way to do it. Thanks

It really isn't the cheap way when you consider gas at 3.00 bucks a gallon, manual hubs will net you better mpg.

Gas mileage is not what I am worried about at the moment we have had high gas prices for awhile just want my 4wd to work again for the bad weather I live in Missouri so it always changing.

Well guys it was an easy fix toke the center cap off and the hub was about to fall off so I put it back and the 4wd was fixed.
