95,000. Installed the chip at @ 35,000. Passenger side head gasket at 28,000. Not normal though - not many folks with a head gasket leak on a stock engine.
213,000 turns on it. I have had to replace a power steering pump, h2o pump, glow plugs, GP relay and the always famous CPS, other than that no major repairs, just a few light mods and a very happy owner.
I swear I responded to this thread when it was started early this afternoon. I even edited the post, now it's gone...
I had to replace the ball joints and tie rod ends when I first got it at around 67K miles. It now has 77K.
136,000. Had I known about this site before I bought my truck it never would have come home with me. I would have taken a bunch more time and found the right one. With that being said here is what I have replaced:
water pump, pads and rotors all around, both calipers up front, both unit bearings, 5 u-joints, both rear leaf springs, alternator, hubs, oilpan and clutch (because I had the engine out for the oilpan) and I think that's it.
If you search thoroughly and get a good truck then you can spend the first 2 grand on mods not repairs like I did.

oh well...
258,000 miles
CPS,waterpump, hpop line orings, water separator orings, alternator, batts, unit bearing, vss,AC compressor, #7 injector. those are things that I HAD to replace, many other replacements have been done but they have all been for additional performance.
200500 miles, rotors, cailipers (few time....probably my fault more than any thing), wp, alt, ball joints/axle joints (couple times now greaseable), general front end parts (pitman, idler), stabilizer links (couple times), stabilizer bar, CPS (twice) need new steering gear and turbo (bearing) The turbo is the first motor "like" componet that needs replacing, 7.3's rock
Bought my truck in May 2002 with 46k, now 96k. #1 injector replaced under warranty right after I bought it. Since then replaced VSS,GPR,CPS and dipstick tube o-ring. Other than tires, batteries, shocks and a belt, that is all. Still running the original brakes.
144k, VSS, CPS, water pump twice, rear bearings, front bearings , brakes, no spark plugs !, replaced broken air box with 6637, u joints, and general maintenance.
Bought my truck with 114K, now has almost 140K some 14 months later.
CPS replaced, but old one was still working fine (changed just to have a "verified" spare)
Just replaced the brake Master Cylinder at about 138K miles, which was just beignning to leak internally.
A few minor things that showed up on the OASIS (dealer alignment at 1417 miles, refunded customer for "eccentrics" and replaced one valve cove gasket at 14321 miles, resealed turbo pedastal for oil leak at 38321 miles).
