hi everyone this is the first time writing, and i have some questions.these all pertain to a 1990 f150 300-6fi aod 2wd.
1.do i have 16# injectors/and can i switch to 19# from the 302??
2.when i put in a universal, adjustable regulator how do you plumb it in?does it just go inline or do you have to fab up a plate for the old mounting base??
Yes you can use 19# injectors from a 302. As for plumbing them correcly I to am waiting to hear how to plumb this project of ours. I guy on the post by the name of Eddie has done this before. In addition to the injectors you will need the following parts:
fuel pressure gauge
adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
Both can be found at summitracing and jegs.
paulg, thanx for the info. hopefully we can find out how to plumb it soon.im wondering if we have to fab up a plate or just block off the old mounting base.im sure that it wont be easy either way!ltr.....paulieg69
