A good price. Just joking. IMO the 460s are rock solid and if taken care of 300,000+ mile engines. Timing chain replacement I would check on. If it has been replaced how many miles. If it hasn't changing it and setting it to a straight up TDC would improve performance. Remember 460s are work horses not gas mileage engines. With EFI I read 10-12 MPG at best, I get anywhere from 5.5 towing to 10.5 empty with a 187,000 miles with a 4160 Holley. I complain about my 86 F250 4x4 nickel & diming me to death, but the 460 in it has been rock solid, & really the engine has cost no money other than oil & filters.
