difference in lightning suspension?

i have a 94 regular cab shortbed f150 what is the difference in the suspension in my truck vs. the lightning of the same year and how easy or diffacult would it be to upgrade to the lightning suspension?

The lightning suspension is a little stiffer, and lower. Youd be better getting a aftermarket set of coils and leafs out back, and a nice set of gas shocks
