Well this last weekend I was FINALLY able to break loose the last stubborn nut holding on the turbine housing on my truck...So, I'm finally gonna be able to start making progress on my ATS upgrade kit install.
Since this coming weekend is christmas weekend, and it's sounding like the weather will be fair, I'm hoping to make a LOT of progress...looking to install my pyromter probe and get the turbo thrown on there and get this thing close to wrapped up! Then I have to get the 3" downpipe in, and get the exhaust installed, and a million other small things (gauges, etc)
I just wish the weather was nicer, I have a bunch of other stuff I'd like to get done including painting.
Well, I do know you have to bend that seam back on the firewall for clearance (which I'm trying to figure out the best way to do). Otherwise it looks to me like there should be plenty of room, I guess we will see. Looks can be deceiving!
As long as it's easier than getting the turbo off, that'll be OK.

most of the time you can just beat down that seam where the down tube is going to sit
