how was it driven
what kind of oil used
has it been kept up on maintence
where it was used
ect. . . . . .
if the truck has been kept up on very well you probly would get a new truck before it needed a rebuild.
even if the truck was somewhat neglected, you could probly squeeze 200,000 miles out of it easy if you take extra good care of it now.
my 01 has 60,000 miles on. not much, but the guy how used it before me used it for nothing but plowing snow. so its a hard 60,000 miles. i take extra good care of it now, and i have yet to have anything compromise but the 4x4 hubs. i have had it for 7 monthes.

What he said!! There is another post showing two trucks on ebay with 300,000 plus mile, No telling if the motors have been rebuilt or not, but I would say not. I know of a few 5.4's with over 250,000 miles and many V10 with 200,000. It all boils down to have you use it and maintain it!
