Key cylinder replacement

I had my trucks key cylinder on the door busted in. I can see the cyclinder in the hole. Is there a way I am able to use the same clinder in the hole. Do I need to buy something new to replace it or use the same one. And does anyone know the procedure for doing it or replacing it with a new one? Thanks.

Depending on the year most auto parts stores have new clyinders and keys in stock or can order them. To replace them pull off the inside door panels and they are easy to replace.
