A little insight
My brother-in-law wanted me to ask the following. He has an 05 King Rancher and doing some research or just by heresaye he understands that alot of 6.0 ltr PSD or being overhauled at 100K. Is there any truth to this and if so what are the driving factors causing it if known.
He had he's at a dealer and got *****ty service and I guess they tried to tell him something like that. My 06 Lariat I have has 15K more then his King Rancher and have had no problems. I'm thinking that proper PM and Maintenance might be a contributing factor to the failures.

not quite,, they should last alot longer then 100k, unless its 03-04... proper maintenance and drive em hard every once in a while. they last a while. altho my uncles 03 6.0 has 289k and still going strong. never had one issue.
