Roof rack
does anyone have a "safari" type roof rack on thier truck. I'm looking for one that would cover the entire roof of my F350 CC. I want the basket style so I can mount some forward and rear facing lights and my antennas and still be able to put stuff up there.

I put the Yakima system on my camper shell. I put on rails that allow the crossbars to slide the entire length of the shell (longbed) and lock wherever I want them to. It is really slick.
I am pretty sure they have the basket attachment available. However, you might be referring to using a heavy-duty, welded type rack, particularly for off-roading. I can see the logic in that. However, look at the Yakima stuff before you do, it is much better than I expected it to be.
And if/when you do mount your antenna(s), you will most likely need supplemental grounding to make it work well (in case you weren't aware of that).
