'97 Explorer Problems

'97 Explorer Problems
1997 Ford Explorer, 4.0 Liter V6, 138000 miles, 2 wheel drive.
Replaced all radiator and heater hoses 2 weeks ago. I started the engine and no check engine appeared. After driving 2 days, the check engine light came on, AutoZone pulled these codes from the module P0170 and P0175. I checked all vacuum lines, cleaned the MAF sensor, and reset the module and everythings fine until today. The wife called and said the engine was running very rough and thought it might stall when stopped. She made it home OK.
I took it for a test drive and found the following:
Check engine light on constantly, then it would blink.
It idled rough.
It didn't seem to have the power it had before and didnt sound the same either.
I took it to Autozone and the pulled the following codes:
P0171, P0175, P1152, P0304, P0305, P0306.
I checked all the vacuum lines with brake cleaner to try to locate a leak.
I cleaned the MAF sensor with brake cleaner and reset the module.
It now idles rough and clatters but set no codes.
It has oil, water, transmission fluid. What could it be?
Any replies are greatly appreciated.
