4 " LIFT

Is anyone running the RCD or CAGE lift kits on there 05-07 Superduty? I am in the market for a lift and dont want to pay the Donahoe price. The Rancho looks like the nicest and well built but gets pretty pricey as well. The RCD includes Bilstein 5100's in their price.
