01 f150 5.4 gas engine(check engine code P0107)

probable causes:

1. vacuum hose off, cracked or passage blocked-engine mechanical timing condition.
2. throttle body intake tube loose off, or cracked.
3. BARO(barometer)/ MAP may be defective.
4. VAF(vane air flow)..

My truck feels like its gonna turn off when i step on the gas but once it starts running it works fine.. Any idea of which of these 4 problems may be the causing the problem?

Welcome to the forum

1 I would inspect the PCV hose elbows, especially the one that hooks to the rear of the intake for cracks. Known problem.

2 Doubtful, but check the clamps anyway.

3 You do not have a map sensor. You have a MAF sensor located in the air intake in the left side of the air filter box. Could be dirty. Try spraying the two thin elements with contact cleaner. Do not touch them very fragile.
The barometer is one of the two filaments in the MAF. It could be bad.

4 Do not have one, see #3.

Sounds like the MAF is either dirty or bad.
