Body mounts

Hey everyone i have a dilema. I worked on my 78 four wheel drive for about 2 years straight and finally got the best paint job on it and motor done, but rarely use the 4 wheel drive. I just bought a 78 2wd that is mint but not as nice as my 4wd. So i was wondering if you could switch bodies from frame to frame? Are the mounts the same? Thanks

Yes should swap over the only difference is the transfer shifter you might need to cut the area on the floor to allow for the transfer shifter.

i think he was talking about putting the 4x4 body on the 2x4 frame yes it will fit
