Y'all may recall my rant about my '05 that was a slug and all the problems I had with the dealer in getting it repaired and being sold the wrong warranty, etc... I'm happy to share some good news!
After I bought my '08 I called Ford Customer Care and had a discussion at length with them about the bad experiences with the last truck as well as the good experiences with the new truck / new dealer. I just got a package in the mail, Ford gave me a 75K Premium Care ESP for free to make up for the issues!
Sure makes me feel better about choosing another Ford (As if I even considered another manufacturer...)
