I just had my PCM and turbo replaced, the dealership had my truck for 3 weeks, when they told my I'd have it back within 5 business days. Now they're charging me $3600, does this sound reasonable for the parts and length of time they had my truck? If not what can I do to get them to bring the price down? NEED TO KNOW ASAP!
did they give you a written estimate before they performed the work ??? if not, you dont have to pay it, you can tell them to put your truck back the way it was since you never authorized that work....
if they did give you one, the amount they charge you has to be within 10% of the amount on the estimate or again, you're not liable for paying it...

thats not true...
each state is different...
a verbal authorization is all that is needed in most cases. its just your word against theirs.
dont go in there and talk lawyer bs or you will just end up losing and paying more because they can charge you storage.
look for coupons. we send out 10-15% off coupons all the time at my dealership.
why are u supprised at the price. what was the quote given... or did u just say fix it i need the truck?
well i did go in there and show my @$$ and i got 600$ off but when i got home i realized something, the turbo had been replaced after like 6,000 miles. They dont have to cover that?

No. Repairs are warranted for 12 months / 12,000 miles. If it was replaced at 6000 miles, you are 94,000 miles out of luck for that repair.
