HID headlights
Do these HID bulbs fit on my 2003 F-150 King Ranch Supercrew? In my stock housing headlights?

It appears that they would fit, but I cannot say for sure. I do know that, in general, it is not recommended to insert HID bulbs into a conventional housing. That is because the output from an arc is different in many respects from that of a filament. So one really should have a different reflector and lens. Sylvania previously sold a complete HID headlight assembly for these trucks, but they were about $700 and I think they have been discontinued.
My guess would be that, even if they fit, they would not be satisfactory for one reason or another. If it were feasible, somebody would be selling these at Pepboys! But hey, if you want to experiment, let us know how it works for you.
