This 3.70 a gallon diesel is killing me right now....

Just turned over 100K on my 06 today. I was waiting for it to break down, didn't happen 
Running Matts GE tune w/egr. Logged 306 miles before filling up and got 13.9mpg. Not a fair city mpg though, had a 2800 LB pallet of shingles in the bed for a couple of days. I have owned this truck since April of 06, and bought it with 46K on the meter. I have ran 583 gallons of my own bio-diesel through it, though I don't make it anymore because the oil was just too hard to come by. I have tried (and didn't like) an After market air filter on it, but switched back.
I change my oil between 6 and 7K, and have changed my Trans fluid and external filter twice, same on my fuel filters. Only problem I have had is a vacuume pump that runs the directional for my heat/ac. Other stuff has just been regular maint like tires, brakes, batteries ect.
Only mods at present are power elbow, muffler delete, and SCT from Matt.
Needless to say, Ill be hanging on to this one!
