Torque Specs Rods/Mains/Head????

Torque Specs Rods/Mains/Head????
I need the tourque specs for the rod bearings/ main bearings/ and head for the 300 I6. I just put a new set of rings in and replaced number 5 piston, re-installing everything and hope someone would take a peek in their manual for these specs....This truck is 1985 F150 4X4 Thanks Brett

Torque Specs Rods/Mains/Head????
For a 96 the specs are:
Mains: 60-64 ft-lbs.
Rods: 40-45
Head: tightening sequence (bolts numbered fron front of engine #1 to rear #7)

Tighten in sequence to 45-55 ft-lb. then RE-TIGTHEN EACH BOLT IN SEQUENCE AN ADDITIONAL 80-100 DEGREES. No final torque spec is given????
I'm not at all comfortable with this, but it's straight out of the Ford shop manual.
