Chip for 7.3L Standard Trans?
Hello all,
I am looking to see what is recommended for a 7.3L diesel with the 6 speed transmission.
I will probably get the Ford air intake system and mabey a cat back exhaust. I have no guages or anything yet.
I like those tuners that have the built in display, so I wouldn't need to get guages. I need exhaust and turbo PSI, but not transmission temp, right?
What will a tuner do to the standard trans? I am not looking for huge HP or TQ, just a bit more to make it fun and maybe a few more MPGs. I don't expect to build it any further (stock injectors, HPOP etc). I'd rather not blow out clutches all the time either...
Any suggestions?
