Headers on 7.5L
looking at putting shorty headers on my 1992 F-250 7.5l e4od 4x4 cause I have a cracked exaust manafold will their be any issues with the computer? or will I have to get a costom computer chip made by motorvation?

don't go cheap, i just put on a set of hedman and i'm on my 3rd muffler shop to get the flanges right, i thought it was the shop at 1st, it wasn't, i put on a jet chip too, it really helped, the cheaper the header the louder, my flowmaster is really loud also, good luck, if i could do it over again i would have saved for the thourley headers, expensive but worth the non-headache, mines a 1994 f350 w/7.5 460, i love it

i believe right around 250.00 at summitracing.com. make sure you talk to an intelligent salesman, they sent me the wrong headers twice, make sure to read all instructions, you mat need to remove battery wires the reapply, the jet chip really helped the fuel delivery
