You need to/should replace them both at the same time....otherwise the new one will be dragged down by the old one...
Cheap...go to AutoZone or Pep Boys and buy the cheapest class 65 battery with at least 750CCA.
Personally I like the Interstate MTP with 875CCA but they are more $$.

Go to the Interstate battery dealer and pick up 2-BLEMS, These are batteries that get scratched or set on the shelf over their alloted shelf time that are otherwise perfect batteries. I have the in all of my company trucks. The set in my PS are going on 5 years old, bought them for 29.00 each.
