Sorry, but there is no single mod that's magic bullet that will turn a 300 into a fire breather. If you're carbureted then an Offy dual plane manifold with a 390-500 CFM 4 barrel comes close. If you're injected then the adjustable fuel pressure regulator/19# injector swap may be the ticket, but the jury's still out on (1) whether this will give hot re-start problems in the Summer (Eddie lives in Houston, so THAT answer is forthcoming), (2) whether a 300 thus modified pass the smog check to which more of us are continually being subjected and (3) until we see some before and after 1/4 mile times we won't really know how much power this mod gives.
What the 300 desperately needs is head work so it can breathe, and that's no bolt-on mod.
The best mods for this engine, would be to let it breath. Exhaust headers, intake manifold and head port work would get this engine to produce torque. Like any other engine the same modifications apply here.

yeah thanxs for any help. i already replacced the stock muffler with a flow master, so that helped a little. I was asking cause i want to do something to it shortly and would like to know if anyone had a must do that they liked, i.e. hedders, cats, intake mods, air filter, cam, what have you.
