96 F-150,rocks light a boat in curves

96 F-150 lwb, 5.8,new MT 35x15.5x15 radials,6 in. susp. lift. 3 in. body lift, dual steering stabilizers, new single front shocks, f&r stabilizer bars.Friends truck and it drove great until he was hunting and turned right into a deep ditch and folded rh radius arm drop brac. sideways on frame.Porta-powered brace back into correct location and welded cross brace from drop brac. to drop brac.Welded drop brace for rh axle (holes where bolts held onto frame were cracked)Took to align shop and all steering componets are good- they installed camber bushings and adjusted toe and drove on highway and said it drove great. My buddy left there and on country roads a about 55mph in curves it sways-rocks left and right like you are in a little jon boat as a boat passes by and you hit the wake.I ask him what the air pressure was in the tires, he said 20 psi, I set them to 30 psi and it drives much better-BUT not like it drove befor the ditch ran out in front of him!!! ANY RESPONSE WOULD BE APPRECIETED THANKS Trublufords (with same Ford dealership in service dept since 1977, when I had Hair!!!)

Just from an tire pressure standpoint, on the road I'd think you'd want to have at least 35 psi F&R; on LT235/75s I'm running 35F/44R and my truck rides and handles about as well as a worn-out 21-year-old truck can. Now, in off-road situations, certainly you could get away with less, but on road, I'd go as high as practical.

My brother is running 31s on his truck and keeps his at 40 F&R if memory serves; most of his driving is on-road.

Hope this helps.
