Eec Power Relay

My Truck Keeps Eating Eec Power Relays, I Checked The White/light Blue Wire And When The Key Is Off It Reads .24v. Its My Understanding That It Should Be 0v. The Ground To The Relay Is Showing 1.8ohms Where All The Other Grounds Are Checking Out At Around .6 Or .8ohms. When I Switch The Key On It Shows 16.7ohms At The Ground(i Am Checking From The Battery.)

First off you can not use an Ohmmeter with power on a circuit.
The White/light Blue Wire comes from the Ignition Switch and should be near zero volts. Check the wiring under the relay and repair if bad.
Clean the ground point for the relay at the LH (driver side) inner fender behind headlamp.
Check and clean your Negative Battery post to body (not frame) ground.

i was only checking the ohms on the ground wire. i just replaced the ground wire on the battery post today and all others that you mentioned are good. i wasnt sure about the white/blue wire because my pos chiltons manual only shows it on the engine diagram and thats it, so that points me in a good direction.
