Dialbo questions?

Will using one of these affect warranty? Can they tell you have been running it if you put the stock program back in it before going to dealer?

Would a person see much results on a F350 with the 5.4? Would like to see a slight power increase and help mileage if possible.

Depending on what you mean by slight. Gas engines don't get as much out of just a tuner like diesels can. Unless I am remembering wrong, the highest setting that you can get out of a gas engine with a standard tuner is the lowest power setting that you can get with a standard tuner on a diesel. Maybe 25-35 extra hp over stock on the highest setting with just a standard tuner. You really have to shell out some dough to make some good horsepower on a gas engine. As to mileage, there is a possibility that it can improve your mileage, however, there are way to many variables to easily say that the tuner did help you gain mileage. You have the same if not better chance at seeing better mileage with just training your right foot then you do with a tuner.

When I had my 2004 Lariat F-150 with the 5.4L I had a Diablo. I liked it. The biggest thing it did in my opinion, was change how the transmission shifted. So it felt like you had a lot more pickup.

If you return the programming back to the stock program that you saved in the Diablo when you put a "tune" in your vehicle, dealer should never know.
