Hi, Tony.....My name is Steve, and there's absolutely no reason for me to be here whatsoever; what with me being from NC, and such.....But someone said "wake up Florida", and the Florida people must still be asleep or something, so here I am. 
I'm a simple man with simple tastes....and I enjoy reading, camping, fishing, hunting, fine wine and good cigars, handcuffs, and the occasional playful spanking. I'm a pretty good cook, and my forte' is pork.....If it comes from a hog, I can cook it......Oysters or jalapenos wrapped in bacon.....Mustard/maple-crusted pork loin with asparagus and a wild rice/almondine.....Marinaded pan-seared chops with garlicky brown rice and green beans.......and gently cooked pea soup with barley and ham......Pigs rule!......As the chik-fil-a cows always say...."Eat more pork".........
Pork.....The OTHER white meat!.......
