What can I expect with fuel mileage when I install a Magnaflow 4" exhaust?

I expect less if you just installed the exhaust. That was the case with me, I couldn't keep my foot out of it.

Are there any advantages or disadvantages with dual exhaust?

with dual exhaust you will be able to hear the sound better on the driverside.

That sound will remind you how much you spent for no appreciable gain in H.P and performance.

I bought a turbo back system. Should I remove the cat or not? I'm not really wanting my truck to be all nasty loud. Just a little rumble.

With an F-350.... yeah you're still gonna get 14 mpg. On a good day.
