I have coolant dripping from around the rear seal area of the engine. No sign of the leak from a casual look under the hood so I assume it's from where the upper radiator hose connects to the back of the engine. Can't see back there and looks like access may be interesting to say the least. Everything is functioning ok just need to take care of this annoying leak. Any insight on what I may be in for?
I would crawl under the truck with a good light, and see if you can see anything from a different angle as far as a leak, pinpointing it for sure. the biggest thing you will be in for is testing your patience because these problems are just pain in the a$$es
Turns out the water pump was the culprit. Was dripping on the frame and running back to around the rear of the motor before dripping on the ground. Finally found one in stock and replaced it this morning..Seems to be all well now.
