You can either install an add a leaf which will make it ride rougher. A lot of companies make them. Or you can install DR mini spring packs. (donahoe racing) Either one would be a fairly easy install.
I know you can change out the front single to double shocks. My friend has it on his truck. Just not sure wich brand.
Most leveling kits have spring hangers/shackles to do the lift. Blocks in the rear. Very cheap way to lift something.....just don't go too extreme, blocks can cause axle wrap pretty bad sometimes!
Most superduty trucks sit higher in the rear from the factory.
A leveling kit is a 2" to 3" lift kit for the front of the truck to make the front height match the rear height so the truck will sit level.
Since you have a 04 F250, do you need a leveling kit. If you have the factory X code front springs (plow package) you truck will sit level or in my case slightly nose high. You see 250's have a 2" rear block and 350's have a 4" rear block.
Take a look in my gallery of some shots of my truck. You cab see it sits pretty level or even a bit to high up front. I have a 250 with the plow package.
