My moms 1999 Eddie Bauer 4x4 Expedition with the 5.4 won't blow heat very well. It has been colder than hell here in Erie lately and she is getting frustrated driving in a freezing cold car. My dad just put a new radiator, thermosdate, and serpentine belt on it because the radiator was leaking. So assuming its not a bad thermostat, what else could it be? It will throw heat very well but it takes a LONG time. I am leaning towards a bad thermostat but what do you guys think?
I have a bad blend door in my 99 NAVI. If you start with the **** in the coldest position and move it up 1 degree every like 3 min (very slow) maybe it wil move the door. This method worked for a while for me but this it stopped. Next I put the heat on full hot and tapped the blend door chamber behind the glove box and I herd the door go flop and hot came out. Put the fan on high also. Hope this works for you. The blend door job is a huge one. I have a procedure for it that i got from another member if you need it

Yeah if you would send me the procedure I would appreciate it. I've heard that the blend door isn't an easy task to fix.
