I was going to take my truck in to the local dealer for a complete detail and was thinking about asking to have the computer reflashed as it has the ever popular hesitation when you touch the throttle. I'm happy with it power wise I just want to get rid of the hesitation. I was planning on getting the Edge for it early next year, and I know the Edge will take care of the throttle hesitation. Should I wait or ask to have it reflashed since it is still under warranty?

You can ask. Updating to the latest version is always a good idea (unless your running windows
). I have gotten resistance from the dealers when asking to have this done. They might say that your truck is within spec and doesn't need the re-prom update and try and charge you outright. I went through this a while back with an '01 Expy. It had an issue with a TSB and associated PROM update and the dealer told me it would be $250 to update the PROM.
If they give you any crap let them know a PROM update is only .4 hrs according to the service manual.
