Glow Plug Relay change,problem...

went to napa,carquest,national w/old relay and ford by phone.All the relays have mounting posts at 9 and 12:30 position on mount.Mine is positioned at 9 and 3.What next? thanx.

as long as Napa is the GPR 109..it should work..

Yeah, I had to turn mine 90 or 180 degrees to make the new GPR 109 fit, I don't remember.

I figure if I had to,use 1 nut and a lock washer.Took it to the Ford dealer,after checking it out for quite a while,the 6 cyl diesel has one similiar(4.5).He also found one for Calif.emissions,where mine was bought.1/3 the price of standard.Dont know yet,he is still working on it.He was a tech for 6 years and never saw one of these.
