Dual Climate Control

Do you all think its possible to put Dual Climate Control from an Explorer or an Expedition on an Excursion that has automatic climate control already. The climate control system in question is like this one, what does everybody think.

I think the head unit may fit but the actual dual part needs various doors to create individual blends. So...no, I don't think it will work as designed or as you might want it to.

It could be done, but it would be a major undertaking. There will be different wiring harness, different heater boxes, different ducting. It would be a lot of work, no bolt on for this project.

It sure would be nice, though. Did any Superdutys come with dual climate controls?

I figured that there would be to much BS involved in doing this. 2008 was the first year Dual Climate Control was available on the SuperDuties.
Thanks for the feedback.
