Problem with the plugs
Ok, so my engine started to miss really bad. So i took one of the plugs out and it was completely burnt up, They all were. I just changed the plugs 10-12k ago and used the correct motorcraft plugs. Would the egr valve have anything to do with this? Because the CEL has been on for about 4 months thowing the insuficient EGR flow code. 2 EGR vales, 2 DPFE sensors, cleaning ports and TB twice and checking all vaccumlines and it still wont go away.

they'll have some soot on them that's normal. as to the code, have you checked the tube coming off the exhaust manifold to the egr valve? these can sometimes rust through but it's hard to tell with the kevlar wrap on them. also, check the rubber 90 degree elbow on the back of the valve for a tear right at the bend in the elbow.
