I have a spreadsheet that I use mainly to track mileage, but I also make notes about all my mods and maintenance activities. I have a few SUMIFF equations added in so I can track the mileage by either CITY, HWY, MIX, or OVERALL categories. Below is a pdf link for how it looks right now. I've only had the truck for a little over a year, and haven't caught the file up in about a month, but you can get the idea pretty easily from the pdf.
I have an excel spreadsheet for all my trucks and trailers. Track oil changes, tranmission services, front brakes, rear brakes, alignment, fuel filter change, etc....
I'm thinking of creating another to keep inventory of all the filters that I have on hand (along with all the parts I keep in stock for all our equipment).
I'm still working on the program.. Hoping to get it done by the end of the year.. Plan to write it to manage everything.. Right now I use spreadsheets by the gazoo's.. Be nicer if I can get it into software.. Writing it with VB.. Knew those programming courses would pay off LMAO
