How many amps are the cig. lighter and power point fused at? And are they wired to sperate fuses or are they in the same circuit? Thanks for any help

They are on different circuits...at least on my '03. Checked my Owner's Manual...and this is what I got.

I went out and looked for the blunt lead attached to the comp. input and all I found was a white/blue trace. Is this the 10A fused lead thats supposed to be there?
