Different brake problem
Has anyone had this problem? Start truck first time of day, pull out in driveway to let it warm up a little, step on parking brake and it goes to the floor. Release it and step on again it's fine. Will be fine for the rest of the day. No other brake problems at all.

Have you adjusted the rear brakes at all........ I use the backing up way.. I back up and push the road brakes hard, then drive forward 15feet and stop, do this 10 times and see if things improve. I just did this at the first snow storm here now my brakes are adjusted for winter use. The cables are part of the system and can be adjusted on the left side main cable...... but best to do the road brakes first.

The brake pedal is always up when ever you step on it. Even the first time you step on it. Just the parking brake pedal goes down the first time it used. I always come to a complete stop when backing up to keep them adjusted. I'll try getting on them real hard a couple of times backing up.
