Overdrive Light Flashing?
Alright truck is A 1996 F250 ext-cab short bed 4x4 with a 460 and auto trans.
Anyone have an idea as to why the OD light flashes on and off by it self. Any thing to be concerned about?

it telling you - it has a problem

check for codes

probably the electronic overdrive solenoid is going out, or the lockup converter solenoid... this is why electronics shouldnt be in trannies
