monitors not ready
The Ford drive cycle is a big PITA and there is not conceivable way that you can do it unless you have about 20 miles of straight flat road with nobody else on it to do the cycle on. The best thing to do is just drive it normally until they all are completed. FWIW, the cylce requires you to do several things (and I don't remember what order they go in) including accelerate briskly to 50 mph and drive at that speed for 3-5 minutes, then coast down to 30 mph and maintain it for 3-5 minutes, then come to a complete stop for a minute or two, then repeat it another 2 or 3 times. The best thing to do is find a fairly straight stretch of highway that has quick and easy on and off ramps and a few places to pull off and park for a few minutes and drive around it for half an hour or so.
BTW, the drive cycle will not start until everything is up to temperature.
The EVAP monitor will not run unless the fuel level is between 25% and 75% on most vehicles. If your tank(s) are full or empty you will not be able to complete the EVAP monitor.
This drive cycle was designed to be done on a dyno that is able to put a constant load on the wheels, not for being easy to complete.
